"Disappointing Experience with Hollymatic Replacement Part"
I bought a replacement part for my Hollymatic machine, but it just didn’t work like the one we had before. I reached out to NBS to see if I could return it and get a different one, but they said no because of 'sanitary' reasons. After just one use, it was clear this product wasn’t up to par with my original Hollymatic part. I feel like returning a product that doesn’t meet expectations shouldn’t be a hassle. It seems like National Buzz Saw has taken on a pretty cold approach to customer service, where satisfaction doesn’t seem to be a priority. I’m really frustrated and not happy at all.
